Kathleen Anderson, former partner in Anderson Grinberg Literary Management, has opened her own agency. Joining her in the new firm are Marcus Silverman, scouting for non-fiction and lecture clients, Liz Gately, associate agent, and Clarissa Rappoport-Hankins as administrative assistant. Meanwhile, Anderson’s former partner, Jill Grinerg, has established Jill Grinberg Literary Management. Her associate will be Kirsten Wolf. (Sept. 8, 2006) St. Martin’s Promotes Ragland
