Three Faces of Authorlink®

    • Magazine: information & connections
    • Publishing Services
    • Agency

Doris Booth started Authorlink® back in1996 as a way to help writers market themselves to editors and agents. We have three units. First, there is Authorlink® Writers & Readers Magazine. The site grew as one of the earliest online communities for writers.  We have garnered many awards, and helped more than 2000 writers connect with editors and agents through our Publishers Market listing service and vetted professional directories. The Magazine focuses on essential news,  trusted industry connections, and  how-to articles to help  improve one’s writing and marketing skills, and to understand the complex business. Soon, we added a critique service as one of our publishing services. Then, long before Amazon developed some elementary e-book production tools (which don’t always work for sophisticated projects) we added formatting services for self-publishers, turning out more than 200 print and e-book titles.   We continue to offer those services today, especially for complex projects.

The third unit is Authorlink® Literary Group, which, by design,  has little public online presence.

We represent a small group of bestselling authors and are no longer accepting new submissions. Users of our magazine and services benefit from our longtime industry experience.  Read on.
