The 2015 Edward R. Murrow Awards entry period is now open. Submit your entries using our online registration system. Entries will be accepted online through February 3. Stories told between January 1 and December 31, 2014 on radio, television and digital media are eligible for entry in the 2015 contest. Also open are the 2015 Kaleidoscope Awards (formerly the RTDNA/UNITY Awards) and for the first time, students are invited to compete in the Student Edward R. Murrow Awardscompetition.

The Radio Television Digital News Association has been honoring outstanding achievements in electronic journalism with the Edward R. Murrow Awards since 1971. Murrow’s pursuit of excellence in journalism embodies the spirit of the awards that carry his name. Murrow Award recipients demonstrate the excellence that Edward R. Murrow made a standard for the electronic news profession. In 2014, 663 Regional Edward R. Murrow Awards were presented and of those, 98 went on to win National Edward R. Murrow Awards.
