Sept 13 – Sept 19, 2010 Edition National Book Festival to Feature Ken Follett

WASHINGTON, D.C./AUTHORLINK NEWS Via Rachel’s Washington Blog/September 13, 2010–More than 70 award-winning authors, illustrators and poets will talk about and sign their books at the 2010 National Book Festival, organized and sponsored by the Library of Congress. Now in its 10th year, this popular event celebrating the joys of reading and lifelong literacy will be held on Saturday, Sept. 25, 2010, on the National Mall in Washington, DC.

This year’s lineup includes international best-selling author Ken Follett; Rae Armantrout, winner of this year’s Pulitzer Prize for poetry; National Book Award winner Julia Glass; Pat Mora, one of the nation’s most beloved writers for children; and Elizabeth Kostova, author of the worldwide sensations “The Historian” and “The Swan Thieves”.
