June 6 – June 12, 2011 Edition Borders Loses Another Top Executive
NEW YORK, NY/AUTHORLINK/June 6, 2011–Michele Cloutier, executive vice president and chief merchandising officer for Borders, has resigned, according to a filing with the SEC Friday. She is one of five executives who have departed Borders since it filed for bankruptcy in February. She had been due a $100,000 bonus if she could hit certain targets as Borders either emerges from bankruptcy or finds a buyer for the company.
