Drugan to Step Down as NEBA Director 8/14/2006The New England Booksellers Association is losing its longtime executive director, Rusty Drugan, who is stepping down due to illness. Drugan, who has held the post since 1992, will stay on until a successor has been named. The NEBA, headed by president Allan Schmid, owner of Books, Etc. in Portland and Falmouth, Me, is setting up a search committee to find a replacement.
