With Unfair Dealings
NEW YORK, NY/11/19/03Shareholders of Barnes & Noble.com and Barnes & Noble have filed about a dozen class action lawsuits against the companies, seeking to block Barnes & Nobles move to buy the online store for $2.50 per share.
The suit filed in Delaware, accuses Barnes & Noble of unfair pricing and dealing from its own interests at the expense of the shareholders. Barnes & Noble.com claims the lawsuits have no merit.
